Out Contest! Hosted by the Nimble Impressions / Rally WBA, this free, fun-filled event invites
locals to guess the exact date that the ice will officially “go out” on White Bear Lake and Bald
Eagle Lake. With over $3,500 in prizes historically, participants have the chance to win exciting
